2. Counter-Notification Procedure

Your counter-notification must include the following information:

Identification of the Removed Content:

Good Faith Statement:

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, in the district where we are located).

Accuracy and Authorization Statement:

  • A statement that the information in your counter-notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the content owner.

Once a proper counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a legal action within 10-14 business days, the removed content may be restored.

3. Repeat Infringers

Games Hero reserves the right to terminate accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the removal of content or the termination of user access due to DMCA claims.
